LEGAL CARE DIRECT
The legal benefit is provided by a nationwide discount legal referral service.  Plan attorneys will either charge $125.00 per hour, or when appropriate, give members a 40% discount off their usual and customary hourly rate. Members are referred to plan attorneys based on location, language and area of law.  Product is available in all 50 states.  This is not an insurance program.  Attorneys in the network have an average of 19.4 years of experience.  Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. Eligibility extends to the spouse, children up to age 25 and individuals living with the member that are financially dependent upon them, such as a parent or grandparent.

askAFS financial helpline has been providing financial counseling services for more than 20 years. As a national leader in providing on demand financial counseling, askAFS offers an objective, professional, and independent approach to helping members assess their situation, discuss options and find the right resources and information. Counselors will then assist members with follow through in helping to resolve their financial issue or question. A call to the financial helpline should be the first place to start when considering your financial wellness.
